I’m a Polish – American business lawyer, born and raised in Borough Park, Brooklyn New York, and currently living between beautiful Cracow and famous Sanz in Poland. Being fluent in both Polish and English, I help the Jewish community navigate through Polish and European law. Over the years I have had the pleasure of closely working with a number of companies, foundations and individual clients.
So, what exactly do I do? The short answer, is everything that has to do with running a business in Poland. More specifically, I help incorporate and maintain companies and foundations, obtain permits, draft and review agreements, recover debts – I also advise in the purchase, sale and lease of real estate. Additionally, I help with citizenship and residency applications.
