Establishing foundations, preparation of necessary documentation, ongoing maintenance
Foundations are one of the best ways to take care of Jewish heritage in Poland. They allow you to collect money from donors and use it to maintain and renovate old Jewish sites, such as cemeteries, synagogues or houses.
I can help with the incorporation of the foundation, including the drafting of its articles, the appointment of the management board and supervisory council, and the preparation of any other documentation that the foundation may require to perform its desired business.
After its incorporation I can assist with its ongoing business by drafting and reviewing contracts, making changes in the foundation’s goals and governing bodies, drafting and reviewing investment documentation such as for renovations or construction works.
